Any change to the timetable only has value if your audience—lecturers and students—can see it immediately. Beyond the direct emailing system built into Wise Timetable, the platform also delivers instant notifications whenever updates are made.

Notifications can be targeted to the relevant audience:

  ●  A specific lecturer
  ●  A selected student group
  ●  All students attending a particular course or class

These updates are displayed as notes within the web application only when the affected entity is selected, or in the mobile apps only for users directly involved. Mobile apps also receive push notifications from the Wise Timetable server, ensuring that lecturers and students are alerted at the very moment a change is made.
